Head of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Andrei Strizhov left for the site of the explosion in the residential complex "Alye Parusa" in Moscow. This was reported in the department on February 3.

About the explosion in the housing estate "Scarlet Sails" in Moscow became known earlier inthe day. Preliminarily, one person died, his face was badly damaged. Four more were injured, among them could be guards and concierge. A criminal case has been opened over the incident. Establishment of circumstances and investigation of the case are under control of the capital prosecutor's office.

The cynologists and a medical helicopter arrived at the scene of the explosion. According to the source of "Izvestia", before the explosion, an unknown man entered the entrance. He may have been accompanied by security guards.
