Moscow deputy health department calls the condition of four victims of the explosion serious

Four people injured in an explosion in the residential complex (RC) "Alye Parusa" in the north-west of Moscow, are in serious condition. This was reported in the Department of Health of the capital on February 3.

Theexplosion in the residential complex "Scarlet Sails" occurred earlierin the day. On the fact of the incident a criminal case has been initiated. Clarification of circumstances and investigation of the case is controlled by the capital prosecutor's office.
