In Kuzbass, a mother who held live broadcasts in an alcoholic state had her daughter taken away from her mother

In the Kemerovo region, a 12-year-old daughter was taken to a social institution from a mother who conducted live broadcasts in an alcoholic state. This was reported on Monday, February 3, in the press service of the Main Department (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

"In the course of monitoring the media and the Internet, police officers in one of the Telegram-channels revealed a publication, which reported that the Kemerovo woman in the presence of her 12-year-old daughter daily live broadcasts for her subscribers, being in an inebriated state", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

According to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, the woman during live broadcasts expressed profanity to the viewers and her daughter. In addition, she verbally threatened the child more than once, specified law enforcement agencies, referring to the words of viewers of live broadcasts.

On this fact, law enforcement authorities organized a check. At the time of the visit of inspectors for juvenile affairs (PDN) and representatives of the guardianship and custody authorities at the place of residence of 48-year-old Kemerovo woman, she was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. It was found that the woman raises her daughter on her own, and the only family income is the profit from the live broadcasts held.

"In respect of the offender, the police drew up a protocol under part 1 of article 5.35 of the CAO RF ("Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors"). The daughter of the citizen was placed in a social rehabilitation center, where the girl will be provided with all the necessary psychological and pedagogical assistance", - added in the department.

The woman was put on the preventive register in the police, the employees of the Department of Internal Affairs are collecting materials to consider the question of deprivation of parental rights of the mother.
