Six more buildings were added to the list of Moscow's cultural heritage objects


Six more buildings have been added to the list of cultural heritage objects (CHO) of Moscow. This was reported on Monday, February 3, on the official website of the mayor of the capital.
Among the entered objects are the main houses of city estates and profitable houses of the XIX century, as well as a dwelling house of the first half of the XX century. Earlier these historical buildings had an intermediate status of revealed objects of cultural heritage.
One of the monuments of cultural heritage was a decoration of the Lebedev estate - a wooden house built in 1829, which is located in Khlebny Lane. In 2023 the building was restored.
In addition, the list of objects includes the main house of the estate Masyagin, the first third of the XIX century, it is located on Starometny Lane. Also recognized as OKN income house with a tea store of the trading house "D. and A. Rastorguevy", which is known to many Muscovites as the house with atlantes, it is located on Solyanka Street. The building was built in 1882, its restoration began in 2018, and at the moment it is almost completed.
The main house of the Demidov estate with an outbuilding on Bolshaya Ordynka Street was also included in the list of OKN. It was built in 1815-1817, and in 2013-2015 the main house underwent restoration.
Also in the list of monuments included a profitable house with a restaurant "Alpine Rose", which is located on Pushchechnaya Street, as well as the residential house of the Office of Shipping of the Moscow-Volga Canal on Leningradsky Prospekt.
As noted in the article, over the past 14 years in Moscow, 734 objects have been recognized as architectural monuments.
Earlier, on January 12, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin reported that in Moscow for the last year updated 63 objects of culture, including theaters, libraries and art schools. Until 2030 in the capital it is planned to renovate 19 more buildings.
