A public-business center was built in the Rudnevo industrial park in Moscow

In Moscow, a modern multifunctional public and business center in the industrial park "Rudnevo" has been put into operation. This was reported on February 2 by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital on transport and industry.

Industrial park "Rudnevo" is located in the economic zone "Technopolis Moscow". The public-business center will house offices and light industries, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". Residents of Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Nekrasovka districts will get modern social infrastructure. Also the center will provide the city with thousands of new jobs, writes the website kp.ru.

The complex is two 12-storey towers connected by a stylobate - a common basement with underground parking and two floors where social infrastructure will be located. The area of the building is 60 thousand square meters, RIAMO specifies. On the first two floors there will be a supermarket, a pharmacy, consumer services centers, a beauty salon, restaurants and cafes, a fitness center and a recreation area. On the third floor more than 2.3 thousand sq. m. will be given for co-working, congress-center and public space, reports 360.ru.

In October Vladimir Efimov, the deputy mayor of the capital on the issues of town-planning policy and construction, said that new public-business complexes will appear on the land plots with the area of 4.6 hectares in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district (North-West Administrative District) within the framework of realization of large-scale investment projects. The purpose of large-scale investment projects is to increase the number of jobs and infrastructural development of urban space, writes NSN.
