At all central sites of the festival "Winter in Moscow" visitors will have access to traditional Chinese treats: Peking duck, Hong Kong waffles and many other dishes. This was reported on the mos.ru portal on February 3.

"Muscovites and tourists are invited to go on a culinary journey through the festival "Chinese New Year". The central sites of the project "Winter in Moscow" turned into real corners of the Celestial Empire, filled with the aromas of spices and the warmth of woks", - stated in the material portal.

It is specified that on the Revolution Square for all guests will be available traditional Chinese dumplings, which are called jiaozi. They consist of a very thin dough, and the filling can be made of chicken, pork or shrimp. Also at this location, people will be able to try sweet Hong Kong waffles with a special filling of whipped cream and chocolate-fueled marshmallows.

Dumplings with meat, chicken or shrimp will be waiting for guests on Tverskoy Boulevard. In addition, for those who like steamed vegetables, this location provides Chinese-style eggplant, rice dumplings in spicy sauce and many other dishes. For dessert, everyone will be able to take fruit in glass.

The main dish of Manezh Square will be Peking duck, the recipe of which was developed by chef Lu Dianhua. He will personally supervise the preparation of the dish and oversee it at every stage. Visitors will also be able to try streetfood-style dishes at this location.
