Hotel general director in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky killed in his office

General Director of a hotel complex in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky was killed in his office. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation in Kamchatka Krai on February 3.

It is established that on February 3, a 67-year-old man, being a co-founder of the hotel complex, being in the office of the 45-year-old general director, because of animosity and against the background of a conflict over the organization and financial activities of the limited liability company, fired a shot from a hunting smooth-bore firearm into the head of the victim. After which he reported about the deed to law enforcement authorities.

"The investigative Department for the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Kamchatka region initiated a criminal case on the fact of murder of the General Director of the hotel complex of the regional capital (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation)", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel of the department.

It is noted, the killer is detained at the scene of the crime. Investigative and other procedural actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident are carried out in the hotel.
