KRT operator to build pavilions for filming in Moskino movie park

New pavilions will be built in the film park "Moskino" within the framework of the program of complex development of territories (CDT). This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban policy and construction Vladimir Efimov on February 2.

According to him, it is planned to reorganize over 142 hectares of plots in the Troitsk administrative district. The plots are located near the Kaluga highway near the village of Yurovo.

At present, the sites are partially free of real estate objects, in some places also remain territories with dilapidated buildings.

According to Maxim Gaman, the head of the capital city property department, one project includes 24 sites with the area from 0.01 to 80.86 hectares. On them will be located pavilions, various structures and sets for filming, writes NSN. In addition, it is planned to create open concert and festival grounds. In addition, it is planned to erect production workshops, warehouses, facilities for filming crews, as well as cafes and stores for visitors to the movie park. On the adjacent territory will create park areas for walks and recreation, lay roads, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

January 10, Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina said that Moscow will become a filming location for five international films in 2025. Platforms for filming will be the film park "Moskino" and other places in the city. Among the participants are representatives of Brazil, Thailand, Egypt and Cameroon, reports 360.ru.
