Russian Defense Ministry tells about the exploits of Russian soldiers in the NWO zone

On February 3, the Russian Defense Ministry told about the exploits of Russian servicemen in the zone of the special military operation.

The ministry noted that Private Anatoly Bondarenko was part of a unit performing a combat mission to defend occupied positions at an important tactical line.

With the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) Bondarenko detected the covert movement of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) troops in the direction of the Russian troops' positions and promptly transmitted the coordinates to the artillery calculations, which quickly and accurately opened fire on the enemy. With heavy losses in personnel and equipment, the enemy began a hasty retreat.

The coordinates accurately calculated by Bondarenko and his prompt transmission of information prevented the enemy from escaping the fire of the Russian artillerymen.

In addition, the Defense Ministry pointed to the actions of the commander of the assault unit, Lieutenant Anatoly Borovikov, who was carrying out a combat mission to capture positions of AFU fighters in an important direction of the Russian troops' offensive.

The enemy resisted and actively fired on the advance of the assault troops, firing artillery shells. After waiting for favorable conditions for the assault and assessing the situation, the unit under Borovikov's command stealthily bypassed from the rear of the stronghold where the Ukrainian fighters had entrenched themselves, and then suddenly burst into the enemy positions.

During the battle Lieutenant Borovikov was personally on the front lines of the attack and led his subordinates. Having broken enemy resistance, the Russian attacking fighters cleared the positions of the stronghold. After the battle, Borovikov organized the regrouping of personnel and the defense of the occupied positions in readiness to repel counterattacks.

Despite constant shelling, explosive device drops from UAVs and enemy attempts to regain control of the stronghold, the unit held its position until the main forces approached.

Earlier, on February 1, the Russian Armed Forces shot down a Ukrainian UAV "Baba Yaga" of the AFU army with the help of an FPV drone in the sky over Kharkiv region. The servicemen of the Russian group of troops "North" continue to destroy drones of the "Baba Yaga" type of the AFU in the special operation zone.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
