The media reported the hospitalization of rapper P. Diddy from prison

American rapper Sean Combs (P. Diddy) was hospitalized from prison, where he is awaiting sentencing, in a New York hospital with knee pain. This was reported by TMZ on February 2, citing sources.

It was specified that the rapper was hospitalized back on Thursday, January 30.

"Sources with knowledge of the information told TMZ that on Thursday the musician was taken to a Brooklyn hospital from the Metropolitan Detention Center," - said in the material.

His lawyer Mark Agnifilo declined to comment to the publication.

According to The New York Post, the performer underwent an MRI procedure.

Rapper P Diddy was taken into custody in New York on September 17 by court order. It was specified that in 2023 P. Diddy's ex-girlfriend accused him of human trafficking and years of violence. On the day of his arrest, the rapper was charged with organizing prostitution and human trafficking. A court hearing to hear Combs' case is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

On Oct. 29, Reuters learned P. Diddy had been charged with abusing a 10-year-old child in 2005 and a 17-year-old in 2008. Three more people, including two men, filed sexual assault charges against Combs on Nov. 20. The episodes took place in 2022, in the early 2000s and in 2004.

People magazine reported a new lawsuit against the rapper on Jan. 13, 2025. It was filed by a woman, she accused the performer of sexually assaulting her in 2000.
