The Foreign Ministry called the strike on the boarding school in Suja an atrocity and a war crime by Kiev

The missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) on the building of a boarding school in Suzha in Kursk Region is an atrocity and a war crime of the Kiev regime. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for Crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshni on February 2.

"The attempt to accuse Russia of this is an act of treachery and off the scale cynicism. Ukraine deployed this "information provocation", realizing perfectly well that both Russia and "Western partners" know perfectly well that the strike was carried out from the territory of Sumy region. Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirms this exactly," a message in its Telegram channel reads.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported the night before that the AFU launched a targeted missile strike on a boarding school in Suzha. The launch of enemy missiles from the Sumy region was recorded by Russian air defense means.
