Domestic film "Finist. The first bogatyr" entered the top ten of the highest-grossing films of the Russian box office. Collections can reach a mark of 3 billion rubles.

The movie about the Russian bogatyr is shown on the big screens for a month. This period was extended due to the high demand of viewers.

"Gives an understanding of what is love, kindness, compassion, self-sacrifice and what is the price of betrayal. It's a very good movie. More of them for our children", - shared the viewer Anna Nunkina.

Since its premiere, the movie has been watched by more than 5.7 million people. Only for the first weekend of 2025 "Finist" collected about 2 billion rubles. Some return to theaters to watch the film for the second and even third time.

"This is our culture, after all, not Marvel heroes, but our bogatyrs, tsarits, tsarevnas. Children should know about it," noted another viewer Anna Magorovskaya.

At the moment, the box office receipts of the film reached a mark of 2.7 billion rubles. It is assumed that by the end of the distribution period the figure will rise to 3 billion rubles.

"The red thread has passed that adults and children should believe in miracles, New Year magic, surround themselves with fairy tales and hope only for the best. When you go out, you feel a little bit like a child. You think about what you can do and you are energized to make the world a better place," said Sabina Redchenko, a spectator.

The First Bogatyr" became the best on the second weekend of January, collecting 300 million rubles. According to him, this is more than a third of all the funds brought to the box office of cinemas during that period. Smirnov called it a good indicator.

The premiere of the fairytale blockbuster took place on January 1. Before that, on December 28, 2024, the actors of the film shared that for quality shooting of battle scenes they took courses in Russian fist fights and learned how to wield weapons.

The film was released in wide distribution by distributor NMG Kinoprokat, part of the National Media Group (NMG) holding. "Finist. The first bogatyr" tells how the Bylin hero together with his assistants goes to the eastern lands and fights there with fairy tale opponents.
