Investigative Committee opened a criminal case over the poisoning of children in Moscow

The Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case over the poisoning of a group of children from Rostov, who came to Moscow to participate in a competition. This was reported in the press service of the agency on February 2.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements")," the Telegram channel said.

The children sought medical help with signs of food poisoning the day before. Six children were taken to the hospital.
