Four people died after a car crashed into a building in Colchester. This was reported on February 1 by The Guardian newspaper with reference to Interim Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Hooper.

The accident occurred in the early morning hours of February 1 on Magdalen Street in Colchester. Four people died at the scene. Essex Police, however, did not specify whether the occupants of the vehicle or people outside the vehicle died.

"My thoughts, as well as the thoughts of all members of the Essex Police (a county in East Anglia, which includes Colchester. - Ed.), are with the friends and families of the four people who died this morning," he said.

Earlier, on January 29, in the Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg there was a fatal accident involving a carshare car. At night near the house on Lesny Avenue, a foreign car Kia Rio hit a curb, then crashed into the wall of the house. As a result of the accident, two passengers of the car died.
