The Victory Museum has extended the acceptance of applications for participation in the V International Festival of Right Cinema until February 28. The film forum is timed to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory and will be held from April 30 to May 10 in Moscow and the regions.
"About 100 applications have already been submitted for participation in the competitive program of the festival. These are films made by authors from Russia, India, Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Armenia", - said the head of the movie theater "Poklonka" of the Victory Museum Lara Pomykanova.
The festival will unite the best films created on the basis of traditional values, ideas of humanism and mercy, helping to preserve the continuity of generations. The contest accepts works from both Russian regions and from near and far abroad countries. The films can be submitted in the following categories: feature-length fiction films, documentaries, animated and short films, as well as special reports. The main venue of the festival will be the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill, and screenings will also be held in regional museums, cultural institutions, schools and all-Russian children's centers. As part of the festival's competition program, the international expert council will determine the best films of the film forum and award the winners.
