Trump expressed condolences for the plane crash in Philadelphia


US President Donald Trump has expressed his condolences over the plane crash in Philadelphia.
"Very sad to see an airplane crash in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. More innocent souls lost their lives," he wrote on his Thuth Social media page.
Trump also thanked all the special services workers for their work at the scene.
The crash of the plane in northeast Philadelphia became known earlier on January 31. The incident occurred in the area of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue. The cause of the downing of the airplane is still unclear. According to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the plane was en route to Springfield-Branson Airport in Missouri. It had six people on board, including a child, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance clarified.
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro indicated that the aircraft that crashed was a small private jet. He said rescuers are being provided with all necessary resources. According to the mayor of Philadelphia, several homes and cars were damaged in the plane crash.
