US restricts helicopter flights near Washington airport
Helicopter flights were restricted in the area of Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington in connection with the airplane crash. This was reported by Reuters on January 31 with reference to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
"The Department prohibits flights of most helicopters on sections of two helicopter routes near the airport, allowing flights only of helicopters of police and medical services", - stated in the material of the publication.

On January 31, Peskov added that the United States and Russia had been in contact through diplomatic channels after the plane crash.
