The leading industries in terms of salary offer growth are named


The greatest increase in salary offers in January 2025 was recorded in the production of industrial equipment and machine tools - there the average proposed salaries increased by 66% compared to January 2024, reaching 118,433 rubles per month. This is stated in the results of the research of the platform "Avito Work", which were read by "Izvestia" on February 2.
Experts explained that the increase is due to the increase in industrial production and the active introduction of new technologies that require qualified specialists. Compared to January last year, the most salary offers increased for sandblasters (+60%), foundry workers (+42%) and rollers (+23%).
The second place is occupied by the field of personnel management: the average offered salaries increased by 62% year-on-year and amounted to 78,319 rubles per month for a full-time job for beginners with up to one to three years of experience. At the same time, candidates for senior and managerial positions can be offered significantly more.
"The increase in salary offers for HR specialists is explained by the active development of business, the need to attract and retain qualified personnel, as well as the adaptation of companies to the changing conditions of the labor market. Over the year, average salary offers have significantly increased for HR managers (+87%) and occupational safety specialists (+10%)," the experts noted.
The third position is occupied by the hotel business and tourism: the growth of salary offers in this sphere amounted to 49% compared to 2023. Applicants for positions in this industry can expect an average of 64,172 rubles monthly. The development of domestic tourism contributed to the increase in incomes of workers in this market segment. The most dynamically the average offered salary rose year on year for hostesses (+32%), cooks (+23%) and travel agents (+21%).
A significant increase in salary offers was also observed in the food industry (+40%), telecommunications and communications (+37%), as well as in the construction of industrial and infrastructure facilities (+36%).
Earlier, on January 15, it was reported that every third Russian respondent (28%) planned to change jobs in 2025. This is stated in the results of the study of the Russian School of Management. Respondents who are thinking about such changes, told about the reasons. Among the most frequent ones are low salary (47% of respondents said so), lack of opportunities for professional growth (45%), lack of career prospects (39%).
