Putin appoints Tyagina assistant secretary of the Security Council
Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Tamara Tyagina assistant secretary of the Security Council. This follows from the decree, published on January 31 on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"To appoint Tyagina Tamara Alexandrovna Assistant Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation", - stated in the text of the document.
Before that, she held the post of adviser to the Minister of Defense of Russia.
Secretary of the Security Council is Sergei Shoigu.
Earlier, on January 22, Putin reappointed Igor Krasnov to the post of Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation for five years. He was appointed head of the Prosecutor General's Office on January 22, 2020.
