Cold to -12 degrees Celsius predicted in the Lipetsk region

Weather forecasters have warned residents of the Lipetsk region about the end of the thaw next week. The temperature will drop to -12 degrees Celsius.

According to GOROD48, January became abnormally warm, the average daily temperature exceeded the climatic norm by 9-10 degrees. Several temperature records have been set. For example, on January 30, thermometer columns reached +4.5 degrees, which is 0.1 degrees above the record of 1915.

In February, abnormal frosts are not expected. The month will start with rain, which will turn into wet snow. From February 3, the temperature will begin to gradually decrease under the influence of the cyclone. It will gradually cool down to -12 degrees Celsius. Nevertheless, the average daily temperatures, according to forecasts, will exceed the climatic norm at the end of the month.

Also cooling is expected in the Moscow region. The temperature will drop to -10 degrees.
