The attacker who attacked a food delivery service courier was detained in Nizhny Novgorod

In Nizhny Novgorod, a man attacked a 21-year-old food deliveryman and tried to steal goods from a thermal container, the attacker fled, but was soon detained. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the Nizhny Novgorod police on January 31.

The scuffle occurred in one of the courtyards on Boris Panin Street, as a result of which products worth 1,557 rubles were spoiled.

"On this fact on the signs of a crime under part 3 of article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a crime and attempted crime") and part 2 of article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery"), a criminal case was initiated. A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen for the defendant of the criminal case," - specified in the police.

The day before it was reported that in Moscow a bus passenger used force against a female conductor, after the court elected him a measure of restraint in the form of detention for two months. As it was specified in the capital head of the Investigative Committee (IC), the incident occurred due to the detection of non-payment of fare by the inspector of the Muscovite.
