Sobyanin told about the plans for the development of the "Electronic House" platform

The Moscow platform "Electronic House" is already used by more than 2.1 million people. This is one and a half times more than in 2023, said in his official Telegram channel the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.

The service helps residents of apartment buildings to constructively interact with each other, to establish a dialogue with the MC and other organizations.

With the help of "Electronic House" in the city held more than 21 thousand general meetings of owners. Every day more than a thousand applications for troubleshooting in apartments, houses and yards are sent to the platform. In addition, on its basis it is possible to use the services "Removal of unnecessary things" and "Verification of water meters".

The plans for 2025 include opening additional offices of "Electronic House" to assist citizens in holding general meetings of owners. New services will also appear on the platform, including "Dry Cleaning", "Window Repair" and "Installation and Replacement of Water Filters".
