The winner of the lottery "New Year's Billion" from "Russian Lotto" applied to the lottery center "Stoloto" to receive his winnings. This was reported on January 31 by the press service of the distributor of all-Russian state lotteries.

"The fourth lottery billionaire, the winner of the "New Year's Billion" from "Russian Lotto", has applied to the lottery center "Stoloto" for registration of his winnings, having sent the necessary package of documents by postal service", - "RIA Novosti" quotes "Stoloto".

Currently, the winner is processing the necessary paperwork. The company noted that the citizen has the opportunity to remain anonymous. The organizers of the drawing stated their readiness to support any of his decisions.

Earlier, on January 5, the first winners of the "New Year's billion " - participants from Moscow and the region, who won 1 million rubles each - applied to the lottery center "Stoloto". In total, about 3.7 billion rubles were drawn in the draw. The main prize of 1 billion rubles was won by one participant, 90 more people received 1 million rubles each.
