Emergencies Ministry employees evacuated 60 people from a fire in an office building in the north-west of Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry on January 31.
"Employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry at the fire in Moscow evacuated 60 people. Fire on 2 thousand square meters extinguished 130 specialists and 37 units of equipment," - said the message of the department in Telegram-channel.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that 300 people left the building on their own before the arrival of firefighting units. In the capital Prosecutor's office noted that the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident is under control.
Earlier in the day it became known that in the north-west of Moscow there was a fire on the territory of the former machine-building plant named after Chernyshev on the street Skhodnensky tupik. The Russian Emergencies Ministry reported about the partial collapse of the roof of the administrative building. The source of "Izvestia" specified that the area of the fire increased to 2 thousand square meters. m. Aviation and a special fire train were brought in to extinguish the fire.
