Residents of Dnipropetrovsk region urged to leave frontline areas in advance

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council of Ukraine, Mykola Lukashuk, urged residents of the region to leave the frontline areas bordering the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in advance on January 30.
"If you have the opportunity to leave the frontline territories, you should do it in advance. The regional military administration can provide exit from dangerous territories and places to live," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.
Lukashuk also noted that if residents of Dnipropetrovsk region decide to stay, they need to assess all possible risks and prepare for "various circumstances".
On the same day, an adviser to the head of the DNR, Igor Kimakovsky, said that the distance of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) at some sites in the special military operation zone to the border with Dnipropetrovsk region is less than 3 kilometers. He noted that the Russian Army is also covering the town of Krasnoarmeysk in order to reach the north.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
