FPCF expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the plane crash in the USA

The Russian Figure Skating Federation (RSPF) condoles with the families and friends of those killed in the collision of a passenger plane and a military helicopter in Washington, DC. The organization said in a statement on January 30.
