In the Pskov region increased the maximum fine for violation of silence up to 30 thousand rubles. Such a decision was made at the 41st session of the regional Assembly of Deputies of the 7th convocation on Thursday, January 30, reports the correspondent of the Pskov news tape.

The session amended the law "On Administrative Offenses in the Pskov region". The project was prepared by the LDPR faction. 25 deputies spoke in favor of its adoption, one abstained.

Now citizens who violated the silence for the first time will pay a fine from 3 to 4 thousand rubles instead of 1-3 thousand rubles, officials - from 5 to 10 thousand rubles instead of 3-5 thousand rubles, legal entities - from 10 to 20 thousand rubles instead of 5-7 thousand rubles.

If an individual has been repeatedly subjected to administrative punishment for similar violations during the year, the fine will amount to Br4 to Br5 thousand. An official will pay from Br10 to Br20 thousand, a legal entity - from Br30 to Br30 thousand.

In the Pskov region the ban on violation of silence is valid from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00 on weekdays and from 22:00 to 10:00 on weekends. It applies to residential buildings, including apartment buildings, yards, public places such as streets, parks and squares, as well as gardening areas.

Earlier it was reported that in the State Duma proposed to increase fines 40 times against drivers of cars and motorcycles for exceeding the permissible noise level. The bill was prepared by a group of deputies from the LDPR faction.
