VTB told about financing the construction of a new business center in Moscow City

VTB Bank provides project financing to Sezar Group in the amount of 20 billion rubles for the construction of a Prime class business center on plot No. 4 in Moscow City. This is one of the last sites available for development in the business district, said the press service of the credit organization.

The multifunctional complex will occupy an area of 85 thousand square meters. m. It represents two office buildings of 18 floors high, located on a common stylobate (underground parking lot). The construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025, and commissioning - in 2027. Realization of space will be carried out within the framework of 214-FZ with the use of escrow accounts in VTB.

As Roman Antoshchenkov, Head of the Real Estate, Construction and Development Directorate of VTB's Market Industries Clients Department, noted, this is the bank's first joint project with Sezar Group.
