In Moscow, a bus passenger used force against a female conductor, after the court chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention. This was reported on January 30 in the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Telegram.

"The decision of the Perovsky district court of the city of Moscow elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention in respect of Semin Sergey Sergeevich <...> for a period of two months," - stated in the message.

As clarified in the capital's Investigative Committee (IC), the incident occurred due to the detection by the inspector of non-payment of fare from a Muscovite.

A criminal case under part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence against a representative of authority") was initiated against the offender. During interrogation, the accused fully admitted guilt.

Earlier, January 20, it was reported that in Moscow the court sentenced a man, who attacked the parking controller with a knife in Moscow, to two years and six months in a general regime colony.
