Two people were killed and five others injured in a collision between a Toyota minibus and a DAF truck in Samara region. This was reported by the press service of the Center for Civil Defense, Fire Safety and Emergency Situations on January 30.

According to the agency, the incident occurred early in the morning in the Shigonsky district on the 19th km of the highway bypassing Togliatti.

"Immediately to the place of call were sent a calculation of fire and rescue unit No. 114 of Division No. 37 consisting of four people on one piece of equipment, employees of the State Automobile Inspectorate and an ambulance crew", - stated in the publication.

It is noted that at the moment the police have started a check on the incident.
