In Moscow, two men died because of an arson attack on a household building

In Moscow, a man set fire to a household with two people, as a result of which they died. This was reported by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the capitalin Telegram-channel on January 30.

It is specified that the man was in a construction shed on Akademika Dykhne Street, where he drank alcohol with two acquaintances. During the feast between them there was a conflict. After that, the suspect left the premises and after some time set fire with flammable liquid to the shed with people. The victims died at the scene. The suspect has been apprehended.

"Investigators and criminalists of the capital IC examines the scene of the incident, questioned witnesses of the incident", - stated in the statement.

A criminal case has been initiated on the signs of a crime under paragraphs "a", "e" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of two persons, committed in a generally dangerous way").

Earlier, on January 14, a source of "Izvestia" reported that a man set fire to a one-room apartment in a multi-storey building in the west of Moscow. According to his information, the owner of the apartment was able to evacuate on her own before the firefighters arrived. They had to rescue the perpetrator of the fire, who was found between the second and third floors.
