Pashinyan convened a meeting of the Armenian Security Council


Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has convened a meeting of the Security Council. This was reported by the press service of the Armenian government on January 29.
The meeting was also attended by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan.
"During the meeting, issues related to the competence of the Security Council were discussed," the Telegram channel stated.
Earlier, on November 25, 2024, Russian Ambassador to Yerevan Sergey Kopyrkin said that Russia expects Armenia to join joint efforts to develop a system of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia. According to him, there are no real alternatives to the Russian-Armenian allied interaction.
