AFU drone attacked an ambulance in Belgorod region

An ambulance in Graivoronsky district of Belgorod Region has been attacked by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the Russian Health Ministry on January 29.
The ministry noted that the strike on the car with the medics was aimed. The doctors themselves at that moment were on a call to a local resident, injured in an attack by another drone.
"While the medics were rendering assistance, the Nazis targeted the ambulance using a UAV. The special vehicle and the equipment in it were seriously damaged. Fortunately, the team members were not injured," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the agency.
The person being treated was taken to the hospital by another ambulance brigade.
Earlier on January 29, the Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the Ukrainian drone attacked a private house in the village of Razumnoye. As a result, a mother and a two-year-old child were killed, the father and the second child were injured and taken to hospitals. Gladkov added that operational services are working near the house and it has been taken under guard by self-defense fighters.
On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian air defenses destroyed 104 Ukrainian drones over nine regions of Russia overnight. It was specified that four drones were shot down over the Belgorod region.
The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
