In Germany, several hundred entrepreneurs gathered at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, opposing the economic policy of the country's authorities and the European Union. Images from the scene of events on January 29 are published by "Izvestia".

"Politicians should finally realize the scale of the crisis and take decisive measures. That is why we call for an Economic Warning Day! This is a call for politicians to take necessary measures and ensure the economic stability of our country," the organizers say.

Demonstrators hold placards reading "Nuclear power? Yes, please," "Let's save the economy while there is something to save," "The German economy is in danger," and "High energy prices cost jobs."

Common demands of the protesters include a reduction in bureaucratic requirements, tax burdens as well as energy costs. In addition, demonstrators are asking for more flexible labor laws and an end to further increases in social security contributions.

Earlier, on January 25, it was reported that in Berlin at least 100 thousand people came out to protest against the far-right party "Alternative for Germany" (AdG) and possible cooperation with it other parties. Later, on January 27, it was specified that the work of public transport was disrupted due to the strike.
