He noted that such problems are accompanied by unpleasant symptoms, including pain in the upper or lower abdomen, in the groin, as well as a constant feeling of heaviness and discomfort. In addition, there is a risk of hernia impingement.

"Such hernias are usually "earned" by people of heavy physical labor, such as metallurgists, construction workers, miners, oil industry workers, miners and many other professionals. The surgeon also emphasized that professional athletes, especially weightlifters, are prone to the appearance of hernias. The specialist warned that the hernia may enlarge over time, causing physical discomfort to the patient. The most dangerous complication is hernia impingement, in which the abdominal organs are subjected to severe compression in the hernia gate area.
