In Tatarstan, a thief stole keys, a watch and a jar of cucumbers from the apartment of sleeping owners

In Almetyevsk, a local resident took out a modern gadget, car and house keys, a wristwatch, a kitchen knife and a jar of pickles from his apartment. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan on January 29.

The theft was reported to the authorities by a 25-year-old resident of one of the houses located on Gafiatullin Street. According to him, the crime occurred at night, while the owners were asleep.

It is noted that the total damage amounted to 50 thousand rubles.

Later it was possible to establish the identity of the offender, he turned out to be a previously convicted unemployed 46-year-old man. During the search the stolen items were seized. The suspect was detained by local police officers. A criminal case under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft") was initiated over the incident.
