Snow and frost up to -24 degrees Celsius predicted in Primorye in February

Forecasters have predicted light snow in early February in Primorsky Krai. The temperature will drop to -24 degrees Celsius.
Precipitation is expected on February 1 in the north of Primorsky Krai due to the influence of a high-altitude trough. On February 2, the trough will leave the territory of the region, the anticyclone will be restored, and snowfalls will stop. This is reported by IA UssurMedia.
The air temperature at night on February 1 will be -16...-24 degrees, on the coast -10...-15 degrees. In the daytime hours it is expected to be -6...-12 degrees, on the coast up to -1 degree. On Sunday it will be colder by 1-6 degrees.
Earlier, the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand warned residents of Primorsky Krai and Sakhalin region about the strengthening of wind up to 25-27 m/s at the end of January. Visibility is expected to deteriorate due to snowstorms.
