Bolshevichka factory dormitory in St. Petersburg is for sale again

In St. Petersburg, the hostel of the Bolshevichka factory located on Pechatnik Grigoriev Street in the Central District was put up for auction again. The corresponding information appeared on the website "GIS bidding".
TV channel "78" specifies that the object since 2011 was in the program of measures for capital repair. It was covered by the program for the design and reconstruction of apartment buildings, all premises in which are the property of the city. Residential premises in such buildings are provided to legal entities for housing of housing and communal services employees.
In 2012, the emergency building was transferred to the balance of St. Petersburg State University. Now it is decided to sell it. Submission of applications for participation in the auction started on January 21. They will last until March 14.
The channel notes that the building of the dormitory of the former factory tried to go under the hammer in July 2024. Then it was reported that after the auction, half of the proceeds from the sale, should go to SPbSU, and another 25% - to go to PPK "Territory Development Fund".
The building was built in 1861-1863 by architect Alexander Dokushevsky.
In early December it was reported that the state company "Dom.RF" put up for auction the historical complex of the detention center "Kresty" in St. Petersburg. The site has a total area of 3.9 hectares, and 41.2 thousand square meters is the total area of buildings and structures, some of which is a cultural heritage site. The auction will be held on February 21.
