The Moscow City Court overturned the decision of a lower court and recognized the rights to the three-room apartment of the creator of "Eralash" Boris Grachevsky for four heirs. This was reported on January 29 "Izvestia" by the lawyer of his widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya Evgeny Branetsky.

According to the electronic card of the case on the site of the Moscow City Court, the inheritance claimed Belotserkovskaya and Grachevsky's ex-wife Anna, as well as adult daughter Ksenia from his marriage to his first wife Galina. The plaintiffs appealed to the court to be recognized for them the right of ownership of 1/4 share each on the apartment.

"The appellate court overturned the decision of the first court, the claim satisfied in full - recognized the rights to the apartment for the four heirs in equal shares", - said Branetsky.

Grachevsky died on January 14 at the 72nd year of life. He was diagnosed with coronavirus.

In April 2024, the Meshchansky district court of Moscow refused to recognize Belotserkovskaya's ownership of the apartment. At the time of the acquisition of the apartment Grachevsky was married to Anna and they had a marriage contract, from which it follows that the apartment is the individual property of the film director.
