FPV drones of the Rubicon Center destroyed an AFU armored vehicle on the Kursk direction

FPV drone crews of the Rubicon test center have destroyed an armored combat vehicle (ACV) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kursk direction. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on January 29.

"The data of the detected targets were promptly transferred to strike means. Despite the counteraction of electronic warfare systems by the calculations of FPV-drones of the Rubicon Center, the AFU vehicle equipment was destroyed," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that the armored vehicle of the AFU was destroyed by a direct hit, the destruction was recorded by means of objective control.

"We didn't come to fight for someone else, we came to fight for our country."

Earlier, on January 28, Russian fighters of the group of troops "North" destroyed a tank T-64BV AFU in the border area of Kursk region. The objective control footage shows the sighting, precise striking, explosion and subsequent fire.

The AFU attacked Russian positions in the border areas of the Kursk region on August 6, 2024. The situation in the region was recognized as a state of emergency of federal character. The liquidation of the Ukrainian militants who invaded the Russian territory is underway.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
