In Smolensk region, civilian objects were subjected to a massive attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was reported by the governor of the region Vasily Anokhin on January 28.

"In various districts of the Smolensk region civilian objects were subjected to a massive attack by UAVs. Their destruction is currently being carried out by means of air defense and REB of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
