Putin meets with Samara Region Governor Fedorishchev

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the head of the region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, on January 28 as part of his working trip to Samara Region.

"Vyacheslav Andreyevich, you and I have been together for half a day already. Nevertheless, if there are any additional questions, please listen. <...> I mean first of all issues of social development, healthcare, education," the Russian leader said.

Earlier in the day, the Russian president arrived in the Samara region on a working visit. As part of the trip, Putin visited the research and production center (RPC) of unmanned aircraft systems "Samara". He toured the production sites together with Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maxim Oreshkin and Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov.
