Analysts named the most popular luxury car in Russia

The crossover Lamborghini Urus was the bestseller in the Russian market of new cars in the luxury segment for the second year in a row. This was reported by the analytical agency "Autostat" on January 28.

If in 2022 in the luxury segment was leading Maserati Levante, in 2023 the title of bestseller went to Lamborghini Urus. In 2024, the crossover again took the first line with the result of 131 sold cars. The second place is occupied by Bentley Bentayga (101 units), followed by Rolls-Royce Cullinan (86 units).

At the same time, in the brand rating on the market of new luxury cars for the second year in a row Bentley brand is the leader (175 cars sold for the year), behind Rolls-Royce (151 units) and Lamborghini (150 units).

In Russia, according to open data classifides, the new crossover Lamborghini Urus costs about 30-60 million rubles.

Sanctions have not affected the Russian luxury car market

Earlier in the day it was reported that the first consignment warehouse was opened in Belarus, which is designed to store and supply cars to Russian dealer networks of Chinese, Korean and European brands, including Li Auto, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Toyota.

On January 17, Izvestia found out that sales of new passenger cars of premium brands from Europe, the United States and Japan, which are no longer officially represented on the country's market, have increased in Russia. It is noteworthy that despite the sanctions, including the ban on importing certain cars into our country, some models showed literally explosive growth in sales.
