In the center of Moscow, a car ran over a pedestrian to death

In the center of Moscow, a car fatally hit a woman getting off a streetcar. This was reported in the press service of the capital's state traffic police on January 28.

"According to preliminary data on Sushchevskaya Street near the house 9, the driver of a passenger car hit a woman who was leaving the streetcar," - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel.

The woman died on the spot due to her injuries.

At the moment all the circumstances of the incident are being established.

Earlier, on January 26, in Kurgan, a 22-year-old girl drove a car into a bus stop. As a result, the woman died. A criminal case has been opened under part 3 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of road traffic and operation of vehicles, causing the death of a person by negligence").
