The court arrested the parents who tortured a minor daughter in Lobnya

The court has arrested the spouses suspected of torturing their minor daughter in Lobnya, Moscow Region. This was reported on January 28 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Moscow region.

"At the request of the investigator of the investigator of the State Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region, the court in respect of the spouses suspected of torturing a minor daughter with particular cruelty (paragraphs "d, e, f" of part 2 of article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

The IC specified that since January 2024 the spouses systematically beat their minor daughter, as well as caused her multiple burns with red-hot metal objects.

In the message of the agency noted that the suspects did not admit guilt, stating that the child caused his own injuries.

In the near future, both parents will be charged, says the IC.

The day before, January 27, the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Moscow region reported on the detention of the girl's mother. According to the Izvestia source, the 12-year-old girl stole her mother's bank card and spent money from it. After learning about it, the parents beat the child and began to burn her different parts of her body with a red-hot wrench. Later the girl told about the abuse to the store clerk. The child was called an ambulance, which found burns on her back, hands and feet. The girl was hospitalized. Besides her, there are five other children in the family, two of them were sent to an orphanage.
