The travel planning service OneTwoTrip told Izvestia on January 29 about the most expensive bookings that travelers made this month.

The record amount was spent by two tourists who vacationed on the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia in early winter. They spent eight days in a five-star hotel with breakfasts for 4,530,000 rubles.

In second place was the vacation of a company of four people in Abu Dhabi. Four days in a five-star hotel cost them 3,150,000 rubles.

The third line of the rating was taken by a trip to the Maldives. A family of three, including a child, spent 24 days in a five-star hotel on one of the islands. Their all-inclusive vacation cost them 2,210,000 rubles.

The leader of the Russian rating for the cost of January vacation was Kislovodsk: 14 days in a sanatorium with three meals a day cost the company of three people in 910 thousand rubles.

The second and third places were taken by vacations in Esto-Sadka. A seven-day vacation in a four-star hotel with breakfasts cost Br795 thousand for a tourist, who rested alone. In addition, for Br505 thousand, a company of four people lived a week in a hotel of the same category with breakfasts, specified in the service.

Earlier, January 14, it was reported that in February more tourists plan to travel across the country. This follows from the data of OneTwoTrip. Thus, the share of hotel bookings in Russia for the year increased by 8% and is 43%. Moscow, Esto-Sadok, St. Petersburg became the most popular cities for tourists.
