In Krasnokamensk, a passerby punched a girl in the face for no reason

In the Transbaikalian town of Krasnokamensk, a man hit a passing underage girl in the face with his fist for no reason. This was reported by the official representative of the Interior Ministry Irina Volk in her Telegram-channel on January 28.

The footage from the video surveillance camera shows how the man without reason gave the girl a strong blow to the head area, after which he fled.

Local media write that the injured girl is a schoolgirl, doctors diagnosed her with a concussion and a broken nose.
