Special Russian services will study the detention of the Bahamian-flagged Baltic Summer vessel with Russian crew members on board off the coast of Portugal. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this on January 28, responding to a relevant question from Izvestia.

"Here I simply do not have the details. Here you need to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Transportation.
