In Sweden, a man was detained for attempting to enter the territory of the Russian embassy

An unknown man tried to enter the territory of the Russian Embassy in Stockholm, he was detained. This was reported on January 28 by the Swedish broadcaster SVT.

"A man was arrested near the building of the Russian Embassy in Stockholm. He is suspected of attempted aggravated illegal entry after he drove into the embassy gate," the channel reported.

It is specified that the 45-year-old man remained in the car when police arrived on the scene. To get into the territory of the diplomatic mission he failed.

In January 2024, it was reported that in the Swedish capital five people illegally entered the territory of the Iranian Embassy under aggravated circumstances. One of them was also suspected of assault. The police characterized the incident as a gross illegal trespass.
