A deputy was detained in the Chelyabinsk region on suspicion of taking a bribe

The police detained a member of the Assembly of Deputies of Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region, director of the municipal unitary enterprise "Troitsk bathing and laundry plant" on suspicion of large-scale bribery. About it on January 28 reported in the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

"According to preliminary data, 42-year-old Troichanin committed illegal actions in the conclusion of the lease of non-residential premises on favorable conditions for the bribe-giver," - stated in the message of the press service in Telegram-channel.

It is specified that the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region initiated a criminal case under part 5 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Receipt of a bribe"). At the moment, various activities are being carried out in order to consolidate the evidence base of the crime.

He agreed to become an accomplice and received 100,000 rubles from her, part of which he gave to his superior. He then stated that another 2.55 million rubles had to be paid to stop the inspection.
